In-Person Training

This one-on-one program is tailored to fit your current abilities while helping you reach your unique fitness goals.

Group Training

Get three or more of your BFFs and let’s get moving. Each group training session is an hour long and includes stretches and a cool down.

Postpartum Training

Get professional guidance as you return to the gym after baby. Avoid pain, strengthen your core, and achieve your best self.

All my programs are available online and through my Trainerize app. With detailed instructions and video demonstrations of each movement, it’s like I’m right there with you.

What are your qualifications?
I am an exercise physiologist certified through ACSM. I have a bachelor’s degree in exercise science, and I am a certified pain-free performance specialist.

My training philosophy is to introduce people of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels to functional strength training in a way that promotes pain-free training and improves overall quality of life, while building strength, endurance, mobility, and stability over time.

One-on-one training is a great place to start if you have minimal experience and feel that you need that individualized attention, or if you just prefer a one-on-one experience.

My small groups are for anyone, at any fitness level, and are a very motivating, high-energy class of about 6-12 people where we are pushing each other weekly in our workouts. Feel free to try one session out to see which option best suits you!

Online training is a unique, personalized program designed specifically for you and your goals. To get started, we will schedule a call and go over your goals, experience, and what equipment you have access to. If you only have access to dumbbells or only have machines, don’t worry. We can make a plan that will work for you!

Depending on your goals, your consistency, and how closely you follow a well-balanced diet, you can expect to:

  • Build muscle
  • Lose body fat
  • Improve your overall athletic performance
  • Improve your energy levels

I have trained weight loss clients, weight gain clients, and people who don’t necessarily want to gain or lose, but change their physique.

No matter what your goals are, I am confident we can achieve them. As far as tracking progress, I use my app for online and in-person clients to ensure we are incorporating progressive overload. You also can upload your progress photos monthly to the app to track progress.

Yes! I will give you all the tools and advice when it comes to tracking macros, how to be in a deficit/surplus, how to have a well-balanced whole foods diet, and tips on how to lead a healthy lifestyle. I do occasional nutrition challenges with both online and in-person clients too!

Yes! With my exercise physiologist certification, and experience working in a hospital setting, I am very comfortable working with any health conditions/injuries as long as you have medical clearance!

For your first session, we are just getting to know each other while going through a light workout/consultation!

We will go over the main movement patterns so I can get a good idea of your current level and how to best program for you going forward. Do not come in fearful, my goal is NOT to defeat you or have you feeling discouraged. We will ease into every movement and make sure you leave feeling accomplished. To prepare, make sure you drink enough water and eat a light snack before!

Wear any athletic clothing you feel comfortable in! Be mindful of the weather, it does get hot in the gym during summer so make sure to dress for the weather!

For my group training the rates are $30 per session. Or you can buy a package of 10+ sessions for the rate of $25/session. So $250 for 10, $300 for 12, etc. Every session lasts 60 minutes.

For one-on-one training, it is $80 per session, $375 for 5 sessions, or $700 for 10 sessions. There are also options for groups of 1-3 people that are a cheaper option, so if you have a spouse or friends who want to train together, reach our to me for rates!

If you have to cancel it must be within 24 hours of the session or it will count as a session.
